Initial Consultation

This will be an informal session where you will be able to meet me and talk about what the issues are that have brought you to counselling, and what you are hoping to achieve from counselling. It is also an opportunity for us to see if we feel that we can work together to achieve these goals. I will also be able to answer any questions that you may have.

On-going sessions

Each session will last for 50 minutes, and will usually take place at the same time each week. However this can be flexible, as I understand that people may do shift work and have individual needs.

I can offer short, mid or long-term therapy, depending on what your needs are. Goals and progress will be reviewed regularly throughout the counselling process.
