Contact Me

You can either call, text or email me. My details are on the contact page. I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours to arrange an initial consultation.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist who is committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by its’ ethical framework.

I believe that we all need someone to talk to at some point in our life. It may be that you are feeling low or overwhelmed, you may have suffered a loss in your life. You could be going through a relationship breakdown or finding it difficult to cope with certain things in life at the moment. No matter what it is that you feel you need to talk about, I can assure you that I will listen to whatever it is, and give you the support that you need without any judgement.

My aim as a Counsellor is to provide you with the opportunity and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential setting. I strongly believe that by having this time to talk openly and honestly, you will begin to feel understood and listened to, and will then be able to make sense of any issues that you are experiencing or have experienced, and will begin to make positive changes.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you to explore and understand your problems and feelings in a confidential and safe space. You may feel that your usual ways of coping aren’t working anymore and you may want to explore new ways of coping or behaving. You may feel that something isn’t right at this moment in time, and you want to find out what that is, or you may already know what is wrong and you want to explore your situation and work out healthy and positive changes to move forward with your life.

Our therapeutic relationship will be built on empathy, trust and respect. It is by creating these conditions, that we can create a space for you to feel able to express your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Through self-expression and exploration we can work through the issues that have caused you difficulties and suffering in the past, and you can begin to live a more balanced life in the present and the future.

I understand that taking this step is a daunting and challenging one, but please know that I will be there to help you feel at ease, and to listen to everything you want to say in the strictest confidence, and without judgement.

My counselling practice is based in Westbourne, which is conveniently situated between Poole and Bournemouth and within easy reach of Parkstone, Ashley Cross, Lilliput, Sandbanks, Branksome, Winton, Charminster, Southbourne and Christchurch.
